Compassionate Sex Therapy Tailored to You

Sex therapy provides a supportive space to explore the sexual, relational, and identity-based concerns that may be impacting your well-being, relationships, or sense of self. Whether you’re navigating desire and arousal differences, sexual dysfunction, orientation or identity exploration, or consensual non-monogamy, therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

Sarah is committed to creating a safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment where open conversations can happen with care and compassion. Together, you’ll develop a personalized approach that supports deeper understanding, connection, and healing.

Relationship Concerns Icon

Relationship Concerns

In couples therapy we explore the 'cycles' that often present and repeat themselves in our relationship dynamics.  By understanding our own emotional landscape and experiences we increase our capacity to build and step towards safe connection and co-regulation with our partner(s).

Trauma Icon

Trauma

Often the signs and symptoms of trauma present themselves long after a traumatic experience has occurred.  Utilizing trauma-informed therapeutic modalities, Sarah works with clients to unpack and process their lived experience in ways that create a sense of safety, embodiment and orientation to our present moment.

Anxiety

Chronic stress and symptoms such as racing thoughts, rage and/or panic and tension in the body can indicate a nervous system that is hyper-activated.  By tuning into our bodies and the communication they give us via sensation, we can calm an over-activated nervous system and return to a more regulated state.

Depression Icon

Depression

Feelings of low self-worth, numbness, dissociation and/or isolation can indicate a nervous system in a state of hypo-arousal or collapse.  Sarah utilizes several somatic and sensorimotor strategies to address these symptoms and activate the nervous system and brain to return to our window of tolerance and autonomic safety.
